Across 79 U.S. markets, 23 experienced year-over-year growth in their ultra-luxury market, as measured by transaction volume. And despite a 15.26% decrease overall in ultra-luxury sales, 1,560 homes priced at $10 million and above traded for a total of $26.84 billion, according to Compass’s Ultra-Luxury Report.
