An 18th-Century Connecticut Tobacco Farm Is Now Selling as a $9.5 Million Luxury Compound
Known as Hedgelawn Farm, the property in the rural town of Washington comprises three structures: the Barn House, which has emerged from the bones of the original 1865 tobacco barn; the Guest House, which was the first structure built on the property around 1770; and the Cottage, which was newly constructed on the site of an original cottage.
