"In other cases, strict pre-qualification of buyers, signing NDA's, and other important criteria must be met that is more intense than representing a traditional luxury client.”
When reflecting on luxury as a whole, Ben Moss feels that luxury is more of a state of mind than a price point. "Luxury can mean $2M in Green Bay or $20M in Miami.
