TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please review the following carefully prior to booking placement.
All participating agents will receive ten print copies of the magazine, in addition to a variety Marketing Center assets to share with your network.
Listings will appear with their associated state, which will be arranged in alphabetical order. The listings within each state will appear in order by price, from highest to lowest. If price changes following submission, price may be removed and listed as “Price Upon Request” (no exceptions). However, all half page ads will be placed at the back of their state’s section.
Design reserves the right to select a photo used from options provided by agent, or reject if it does not meet standards. Virtual staging and virtual renderings will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
All listings must meet the luxury threshold for their region to be included.
There is a limit of one email address and one phone number per contact.
Agents are entitled to one round of revisions, in which they can adjust copy only. No changes to the format will be approved.
Headlines may not exceed 6 words and optional listing descriptions (for two page spreads only) may not exceed 25 words.
